	This Affiliate Service Agreement is made by and between DirJournal.com, and you, as an Affiliate utilizing the DirJournal.com service. You must agree to abide and follow the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement in order to participate in DirJournal Affiliate Program. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the service as an Affiliate. By signing up for DirJournal.com as an Affiliate, you indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed within this Agreement. The agreement is summarized as follows: Terms and Conditions -------------------- • Once accepted into our Free Affiliate Program, you establish yourself as an Affiliate, and shall have the right to promote our Services to customers. DirJournal reserves the right to change the Services or Terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Affiliates join our affiliate program at their own discretion. • DirJournal.Com shall not charge its affiliates for participating in the affiliate program. • The affiliate shall be bound by the terms and conditions listed here, and is not given the authority to promote giving wrong representations related to the Services at DirJournal.Com • End users that come in through the affiliate are considered to be solely the customers of DirJournal.Com • Affiliates are restricted from promoting through text links, unsolicited emails, newsgroup postings, chat rooms, ICQ, message boards, banner networks, hit farms, counters, or guestbooks etc. The most preferred method is promoting through banners that we have provided in Affiliate Administration Area. (We would appreciate you to use the no-follow tags with banners) • You cannot SPAM. We will terminate your account on the first offense of SPAMMING. Do not send email to lists or groups that you do not have permission to send to. • You place our banners anywhere on your site as you see fit, or within non-spam emails. Adult, Hate, or other related sites are not allowed AT ALL. • Affiliates shall not hold DirJournal.Com responsible for expenses incurred in their marketing efforts to bring in customers to DirJournal.Com • Affiliates are allowed to use the banners, text links, graphics or other content for use in promotion of Services. (Again, we prefer that you either use the no-follow tag or use java script for the Ads) These materials are available in Affiliate Admin Area to the affiliates with the express intent of them being used solely for the promotion of DirJournal.Com Services. Usage of such material shall be subject to DirJournal.Com policies, which DirJournal.Com shall reserve the right to change at any time, without giving a reason. • DirJournal.Com shall have the right to prevent the affiliate from using any content created by the affiliate towards the promotion of DirJournal.Com Services, if it is found objectionable for any reason. • We reserve the right to email Affiliates regarding new Services. • Any page that contains DirJournal.com links, banners, or code must be written only in English. • Affiliate commission is paid on having at least $100 or more in the Affiliate account. • Payments are made on the 1st of every month through Paypal for the previous month.
