		<description>Pilots are not overpaid - look it up. Biggest misconception there is. Seldom does a pilot make over 100k, they have student loans with debt piling up as they work their way up from being flight instructors (12k per year) to First officers in regionals (less than 20k per year) and when they finally make it to the majors, their student loan debt is nearly a half million and they are bringing in 30k per year with no time with their families, not getting enough sleep, and being crapped on by someone who wants an extra click on their website article.</description>

No previous experience needed.....</description>
