@lantzn

In Leopard, using the secondary mouse button is NOT turned on by default. I know because I run an all-Mac shop and I have to turn it on. However, holding down the mouse+Control button will bring up contextual menus, by default.

Right click IS on by default. You can plug in any USB mouse and use the built in drivers or if your mouse comes with custom OS X drivers (like with many multi-button mice, i.e. MS Intellimouse Explorer) you can install them and setup your mouse how you like.

Right-click is not on by default. To set it, go to System Preferences > Keyboard and Mouse and change the right primary button to secondary button.
