		<description>fantastic images!   just a minor correction - it&#039;s Fuji-san, not Fuji-yama.  I would also suggest checking out Sakurajima as far as &quot;active&quot; volcanoes in Japan go - it is extremely active whereas Fuji is almost considered dormant.

		<description>I used to work up in the Bering Sea with the Coast Guard (sailing out of Kodiak).  It was always a treat to see Shishaldin, one of the most beautiful cones I have ever laid eyes on.
