  • Would you people stop talking all this petty self-absorbed crap about diet and obesity and just enjoy these wonderful pictures?

Humans make me sick! Humans aren't ever happy unless they are fighting over property or ideas.

You idiots could take a few lessons from these animals about what is important in life. Boil it all down, and most of you should be in the Special Olympics, because you don't have a clue.

  • I love these pics. ^_^ they are so cute!! although I don't want to be the jack**s who goes and says PHOTOSHOP to everything, i think the giraffe licking the squirrel is one, because I have seen both photos separately. Its still an adorable photo. Also, @all the people who are yellin at each other over the importance of meat in the history of humans, shut up and look at the cute pictures.

  • Fantastic pictures.
-@Claude&Matt- Lowland gorillas are omnivores. To be technical, both of you guys are right. As the first bipedal hominids supplemented their diets with meat from scavenging, the extra protein from the meat helped develop our frontal lobes over a period of time. Humans obviously gained massive advantages from embracing agriculture, but I don't think it's fair to say we'd be "running around scavenging carcasses and carving cave walls" if we hadn't.

  • -@everyone debating vegan and omnivore ethics - This is a collection of photographs, some chosen to awe, some chosen because they're cute. There is a time and a place for challenging the morals, nutritional benefits and culinary advantages of certain dietry choices; this is not it.

The picture of the kitten sniffing the lens makes me warm and fuzzy inside.

  • -@humans suck- What is that animals know about the importance of life Also, if everyone was in the Special Olympics it wouldn't be special anymore!!

  • the lions eat meat too and they arent getting obese. Humans are getting obese because of sugar and fat not protein

  • eating animals made us stronger, not smarter, I believe. What made us smarter was "discovering" fire and agriculture :)

  • Read the China Study and tell me how much meat and dairy you want to eat... extensive research shows that eating animal protein facilitates the development of cancer and without animal protein cancer does not develop in humans, regardless of known levels of carcinogens. It is more likely our ancestors ate meat or fish when is was available, and plant matter the rest of the time, but never had a consistent diet like we do now. We think of variety in what we put on a plate, they thought of it in terms of what can I find this day or week.

  • Wow! I absolutely adore these! I especially like the one where the white kitten is sniffing the lense, the running dogs, and the cat sleeping with the stuffed animal. Precious.

  • I heard that if you eat enough meat you become immune to cancer because of all the cross-matter proteinos orbiting inside of you.

I also heard that Jesus was a vegan and at the sermon on the mount it was actually bread and soy patties not fish as is commonly beleived.

I also heard that if humans hadn't learned to make fire they would have evolved into cats the same way dolphins did.
