Yours is a good question. The leader with empathy does not mean that he will show unlimited empathy to his people. For leaders, the level of tolerance / patience should be more than others but defenitely not endless. So, answer to your question is that the leader should take stiff action against poeple who cross the limits and go against the ethics &amp; integrity in the organisation. Virus is virus, it should be cleaned up from the system before it damages the entire system.</description>
