Avaya, the company that revolutionalized phone systems by providing the latest technology, has come up with another intelligent communication solution that helps companies transform their businesses.

The general manager of Avaya appliances, mobile and small systems division, said that the company surveyed many small businesses with less than 100 employees as well as mid size business with up to 1000 employees to study the needs, before releasing these phones.
