We've stayed at one of their smaller houses right on the beach. It was great. We just stayed in their big house, the Reed house that sleeps 20. Outstanding. Plenty of room for everyone. Everyone had their own beds and their own space. Didn't feel like kids were around 24/7. Views were outstanding too. Highly recommend.
