Aarco is an excellent contractor that went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. They do great work and truly care about making the client happy. Ali and Simon were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again in the future.
I manage several buildings across NYC, and Aarco Contracting is my preferred facade restoration contractor. They are comprised of professional teams and are a top exterior contractor in New York City. I highly recommend them for any facade restoration, roofing, or Local Law 11 work. Thank you.
I am a Registered Architect and have been working with Aarco Contracting since 2018. We have worked on several facade and roof rehabilitation projects in NYC, with a building on Wooster St being an outstanding example. Ali, who is the owner, is very attentive and communicative. The work has been self evident and if any issues arose, Ali would take care of them. I would recommend Aarco for any future exterior envelope projects.
We are very glad to have hired Aarco Contracting. The work they did was excellent (brickwork, façade, rebuilding parapet walls, and roofing). We asked them to recreate the original decorative design of the front parapet walls, and they made a perfect, new set. In all the work, their attention to detail produced tangible results. Practical, aesthetic, and financial considerations were helped by the good advice of Ali Anwar. Considering the size of the project (our 60-unit brick apartment building, built in 1929, had never been pointed), there were very few final touch-ups. My calls were always returned, and the DOB sign-off was painless to us. Aarco's cost was reasonable, affordable and therefore do-able, and we will gladly hire Aarco again.
