The current portfolio comprises five four- and five-star properties, including two business hotels in Tunis and Gammarth positioned near the airport with conference facilities, and three coastal resorts in Hammamet and Sousse suited to leisure travellers. Several of the resort properties sit within reach of Tunisian golf courses. The Abou Nawas Boujaafar hotel houses a fully renovated thalassotherapy centre offering relaxation, prenatal, and wellness programmes. Founded on the initiative of Kuwaiti ambassador Majran Al Hamad through CTKD shareholdings, Abou Nawas grew to 20 units at its peak before consolidating around its current five-property portfolio.
