Groundhopper lets football supporters keep a personal record of every match they attend. Logged games appear on an interactive journey map with routes from the fan's home city. The app counts stadiums, countries, and distance, tracks home-ground records, and turns the collection into print-ready posters and social video exports. It includes the Groundhopper Academy, a set of stadium guides for travelling fans, available in English, German, Spanish, French, and Italian.

Groundhopper is a progressive web app built for football fans who track their stadium visits. The platform logs home and away matches with scores, calculates distances automatically from the user's home city, and builds an interactive map with route lines to every ground visited. Users earn XP and progress through a 20-level ranking system from First Away Day to Living Legend based on stadiums visited, countries reached, away games attended, and total kilometres travelled. Groundhopper generates print-ready journey posters in five designed styles (Classic, Minimal, Vintage, Ultras, Cartoon) rendered at 300 dpi up to A1 size, plus an AI poster generator that transforms real trip data into art across three styles. Social video export is built in, producing formatted clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and Facebook Reels. The AI Travel Assistant builds 1-to-7 day match-day itineraries covering flights, local transport, pre-match locations, and post-match plans. A Ticket Vault stores PDF and photo tickets locally on the device for offline access at stadiums with no mobile signal. The MAX tier extends tracking to any sport worldwide including basketball, volleyball, Formula 1, marathons, and ski jumping, with a unified world map and sport-specific poster export. Pricing starts free for the first 10 matches, with Premium at 9 euros per month and MAX at 15 euros per month. The app is available in five languages and installs directly from the browser with no app store required.
