United Soccer Coaches, previously known as the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, is the largest professional association for soccer coaches in the United States, offering coaching education, diploma programs, awards, rankings, and the annual United Soccer Coaches Convention for members working across youth, high school, college, and professional levels.

United Soccer Coaches serves as the professional membership body for soccer coaches at every level of the American game, positioning itself as the trusted and unifying voice, advocate, and partner for coach development. The association operated for decades as the National Soccer Coaches Association of America before rebranding to its present name in 2017. Its education arm delivers coach credentialing through Foundations Diplomas, Advanced Diplomas, and a Master Coaching Course, alongside eLearning modules, host-a-course partnerships with local clubs, and a Core Educators certification for those who teach the diploma tracks. Members receive access to the quarterly Soccer Journal publication, an ongoing podcast series, weekly high-school and college rankings, individual and team award nominations across youth, high-school, and college levels, and a compensation survey benchmarking coaching pay. Community programmes cover Culture, Advocacy, Recreation Coach, and Youth Affiliate networks, and the association runs a Career Center that pairs coaching job seekers with member-club employers. The annual United Soccer Coaches Convention, currently accepting early-bird registration for Kansas City 2027, gathers the profession for four days of education, awards, and networking and remains the flagship event of the American coaching calendar.
