We have been a customer for 8 years. Recently I had an issue and I had one of the most outstanding customer service experiences ever thanks to Edward from Nextiva. He went above and beyond to help resolve a difficult integration issue that was super technical. Edward worked tirelessly when others might have let it drop. He always called exactly when he said he would, coordinated directly with my CRM team, and put in incredible effort to find a solution. His professionalism and persistence were unmatched. In the end, he escalated the issue to Anna, who also provided excellent support and helped finalize the fix. This was truly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had and Nextiva has such an amazing customer service team.
