The Consensus Gap

Criminal Defense isn't alone at zero. Employment & Labor also had zero consensus firms. But Criminal Defense is the more commercially significant finding because DUI firms actively spend on marketing and need AI visibility more than employment firms do.

Why Criminal Defense Fragments

Kirkland & Ellis was named 56 times for corporate law. Fragomen was named 23 times for immigration. These firms have national practices, Am Law rankings, Wikipedia pages, and structured data across every platform AI engines parse.
