CNF Technologies (Cyber Net Force Technologies) is a cybersecurity company headquartered at Port San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas, founded in 2005 by Fred Ramirez and his wife Roxanne. Fred pursued engineering after IBM professionals visited his high school, eventually working for two decades as a civilian cybersecurity contractor before he and Roxanne launched CNF from a spare bedroom, growing the tiny company for its first three years before expanding nationwide. Today CNF Technologies has grown to become one of the premier cybersecurity companies in the United States and among the fastest growing in San Antonio, with locations across the country in addition to its Port San Antonio headquarters. The company remains a family affair, with the couple's son Freddy now involved in leadership and his wife Margaret Ramirez overseeing CNF's marketing and communications. Freddy received the Patriotic Employer Award from the National Committee of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) for the company's commitment to supporting employees who serve in the National Guard and Reserves.
